Hooponopono

Hooponopono is a Hawaiian word that means “to make right.” The Hooponopono process is a way of healing that involves forgiveness and love. The practitioner begins by identifying any feelings of anger, guilt, or resentment that they may have towards the person or situation that they are seeking to heal. They then say the following mantra: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.” They repeat this mantra until they feel a sense of peace and forgiveness. The Hooponopono process can be used to heal relationships, heal past traumas, and even heal the planet.

The Hooponopono process was developed by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, a Hawaiian psychologist. Dr. Len worked in a psychiatric hospital where he was responsible for the care of some of the most violent criminals in the state. He found that by using the Hooponopono process, he was able to heal the patients without ever having to meet them or even speak to them. He would simply repeat the mantra and the patients would gradually begin to heal. The Hooponopono process is based on the idea that all of our problems are caused by our thoughts. When we harbor negative thoughts towards someone, it creates an energy of resentment and anger that can cause physical and emotional problems. The Hooponopono process allows us to release that anger and resentment and to forgive the person or situation that has caused us pain. It is a way of healing our past traumas and creating a sense of peace and love in our lives. The Hooponopono process can be used to heal relationships, both personal and professional. It can also be used to heal past traumas, such as abuse or neglect. The process can even be used to heal the planet. By forgiving ourselves and others, we create a space of love and peace that can heal the world.
