His sessions are based on the principle of Chill – Chintan – Chetna where: Chill is to be in a state of complete relaxation and surrender, where your guards are down, your sense of receptibility is heightened and your thoughts are focused on transformation.
Chintan is introspection. When your conscious mind is at rest, you begin to see and understand things from a deeper, a subconscious level of awareness. You introspect on your present situation from a wiser and more compassionate part of your being.
Chetna, or awareness is what you achieve when you go through the process of Chill and Chintan. A relaxed mind is an understanding mind. An understanding mind is an aware mind.
