Chill with Aum values the time, preparation, and energy invested into every session. The following refund and cancellation rules apply.

1. Cancellations by You

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

2. No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show. No refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Refunds

No cash refunds are provided once a session has been booked. Refunds or credits may be considered only at the sole discretion of Chill with Aum in exceptional circumstances.

4. Digital Content

Any digital materials, recordings, or resources provided are non-refundable once delivered.
